About New Olive Branch Baptist Church
Providing Help, Hope, and Healing through Love
Vision
New Olive Branch is a church built on the principles of the Holy Bible. We strive to be compassionate in our love, excellent in our service, holy in our living, and passionate in our worship. Through the teachings of Pastor E.J. Farley Jr., an emphasis is placed on growing spiritually through expository preaching through scripture. New Olive Branch Baptist Church offers many opportunities in which members can serve, be a part of community, and grow in their faith of Jesus Christ. We envision all apart of our church family to Know Jesus and Make Him Known.

Our Story
Since the origination of our church, 11 pastors have served us. They were Rev. T. Gates, Rev. J.W. Neal, Rev. W.M.Brewster, Rev. R. C. Wilchia, Rev. Latin, Rev. Goodwin, Rev. John Henry Rowe Sr., Rev. Frank Townsend, Rev. Curlee Andrews, and Rev. Eugene J. Farley Sr.
Under the leadership of Rev. Frank Townsend, a new sanctuary was erected. Under the leadership of Rev. Curlee Andrews, the Lord blessed our ministry with different areas of Christian Education; a church bus was purchased, and another parcel of land was donated.
In May of 2002, New Olive Branch Baptist Church called Rev. Eugene J. Farley Sr. to serve as Pastor. Under his leadership, the Lord blessed our ministry with a new building and additional land behind the church.
After serving for 21 years, on April 26th, 2023, the Lord called Pastor Eugene Farley Sr. to his eternal rest. Acting upon the recommendation previously made by Pastor Farley Sr., the church assembled the same night and overwhelmingly elected E.J. Farley Jr. as the new pastor.
Mission
It is the mission of the NOBBC to follow the Great Commandment and Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. We will provide a nurturing, spiritual atmosphere in which the Word of God will be taught, the will of God obeyed and the love of God modeled. We will encourage the sinner to salvation, empower the saved through sanctification and equip the saints for maturation. We make it our personal mission to be a church that provides help, hope, and healing through the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
